
陶晓奇,男,西南大学动物医学院,博士,教授,博士研究生导师。
主要从事兽药残留快速检测技术、动物源性食品安全以及畜产品加工研究。近五年主持国家自然科学基金面上项目、中国博士后科学基金面上项目(一等)和重庆市基础研究与前沿探索项目等项目;在Journal of Hazardous Materials, Analytical Chemistry, Biosensors and Bioelectronics, Food Chemistry, Sensors and Actuators B-Chemical和Chinese Chemical Letters等国际SCI杂志上以第一作者或通讯作者身份发表文章50余篇,ESI高被引论文1篇, 在食品与发酵工业等中文核心期刊以通讯作者身份发表论文11篇;目前指导在读研究生18名,已毕业25名。
